Services provided by Final Journey shall be completed as safely and humanely as possible. Incidental damage to fences, buildings, fields, lawns, and any real or personal property is foreseeable. Final Journey shall have no liability for such incidental damages. By directing Final Journey to use, enter, or approach any such property shall be a waiver of any such liability.

Off-road equipment recovery shall be the responsibility of the responsible party. Final Journey may determine that any removal from locations off of pavement or packed gravel surfaces (off-road) is not appropriate for the equipment used. Final Journey shall inform the party responsible for payment of services that the surface is or may be unsuitable for travel and removal surfaces.  Should any party, e.g. owner of the animal, property owner, property manager, or any party holding out as a responsible party acknowledge the concerns regarding unsuitable off-road conditions and then direct Final Journey to continue off-road they shall be responsible for all recovery costs associated with returning the equipment to a paved surface.  Costs of recovery of equipment, trucks, and trailers used by Final Journey from any lawn or field shall be the responsibility of the person or persons providing payment for removal services.
